The Finance Manager will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning, project budgeting, fund management, accounting control, statutory compliance, and coordination with sales, legal, auditors, and consultants. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Project Budgeting

  • Prepare and monitor project-wise budgets for all real estate projects.

2. Fund Management & Financing

    • Liaise with Channel Sales Associates (CSAs) and prepare sales MIS reports within agreed timelines.

    6. Vendor & Contract Management

    • Review and evaluate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
    • Validate Running Account (RA) bills by visiting project sites as required.
    • Ensure proper TDS and GST compliance on vendor payments.
    • Negotiate vendor payment terms to effectively manage working capital.
